Potato Soup
4 cans of peeled potatos (15-20 whole potato small)
heat till u can mash!
1 lb of chedder chesse
a hand full of green onion and or yellow (sate first)
milk
salt
pepper
Sate onions, melt chesse with a cup of milk to start, seprate bowl- mash but not to much, your potatos you want it a little lumpy!
add to chesse mixture and stir in milk till desired thickness add salt and pepper to tast! Add a little shreded chesse and green onion on top for looks and your good to go took only about 15-20min we had ours with rolls would be good in bread bowls too!
